In the aspect of physical wellness, I have many goals and plans. I am changing my work out schedules to include more crossfit activities to strengthen my body and improve my cardiovascular system. I have already gone to all organic foods and very few preprossed foods. I would like to do away with all prepackaged process foods in my diet. I also would like to cut my eating out to once a months as apposed to once a week. I have planned out the new work out schedule and includes the whole family. I have taken steps to cook better healthy meals all week long by splitting up the cooking chores with the kids.
For my spiritual wellness I am making time for meditations everyday. To start once a day in the evening after everyone goes to bed. I am attending church with my boyfriend every Sunday. I am watching my thoughts throughout the day keeping close watch over my negative thinking, so I can change the course of thoughts if I see them wavering into the negative.
For my psychological well being, I plan on keeping it primarily the same. I am very happy with my support and I know what needs to be done to keep these relationships health. The only goals I have is to try and make more time for the special people in my life so that I am contributing to the relationships more.

Rating my wellness
Rating my physical well being from a scale of 1-10, I would say I am a 8. I have taking much time and effort in keeping my body in shape. I work out regularly and I eat a clean health diet. I am physically healthier then I have ever been in my life and I am working towards improving my physical body even more over the years.
My spiritual well being I would rate at a 7. My spirituality is something I had not in the past taking much time for. Now that I have achieved some other goals I am focusing more on my spirituality.
My psychological well being I would rate at an 8. I have learned over the years that my support group and family are my best support. I have learned to keep close personal relationships and let other relationships that only hinder my growth and cause stress go to the way side.

Meditation
I love the guided meditation, I used it throughout the week. I find that guided meditations are much easier to use instead of just calm soft sounds. The guided meditations help me to keep my mind from wandering to the mundane day to day tasks and relax and clear my mind. I found it very calming and nice.
